Friendly, helpful customer service who rang to confirm delivery. When I emailed at midnight the night before delivery to check what time to expect it, the managing director emailed me back at 1:18am! The delivery took about 5 days and then the driver was a little late after the window I was given but everyone was friendly and efficient. The shed was very good quality, sturdy with nice fittings and hardware. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Very happy with purchase. Arrived quickly, well under the given estimated time quoted, and well packed. This is a very nice quality watch and was very much loved by the person it was purchased for.
Warranty Card not filled out and states if not filled in by seller warranty is not valid so unclear if this is under warranty. So that is the only reason I gave customer service a four instead of a five.

First one delivered has rusted battery terminal but suppliers replaced in it in double quick time.

Easy to order, quick delivery, unfortunately initially the wrong colour cat was sent to me, but this was very swiftly and efficiently rectified with no quibbles.

Shipping let down by Royal Mail no information on progress they deliver when it suits them. Not satisfactory for a high cost item. Seven days to deliver most companys now deliver next day or within 48 hrs.
On the positive side excellent packing and good support regarding delivery progress, please move to a modern delivery service for a five star rating.

The product is just what I wanted. But I do offer the following as suggestions rather than criticisms.
The courier service used does supply a tracking service but I was not given the dispatch number. However, I contacted DB via their site and received a quick responce informing me that the product was on its way but still no number. Possibly I may be getting spoiled insofar as not only do we receive dates for delivery but times also.

The service is worth a mention, because they dealt with the order very well and were easy to deal and unusually, speak with.
The gentleman I spoke to knew exactly how the link between buying on the internet and actually delivering worked, which meant I was able to get the (excellent quality) goods on time, which in this case was most urgent.

The product arrived July 6, with just a bit of a delay from the anticipated arrival date. It is exactly as advertised and I am impressed with the excellent quality of the product and the level of detail present in the artwork. It will fit in very nicely with its intended purpose (the topper for a Burns-related presentation trophy). The packaging was sound and the bust suffered no damage in shipping.
