Product itself was excellent, but there was no information or expectations set regarding delivery.
When ordered the expected delivery given was 10 days, in reality delivery took 6 weeks, with no updates on when I could expect my delivery. even when I made contact to ask for an update, the information supplied was sparse and non-committal.

I appreciate the product was made to order, but there should still be timescales provided for delivery.

Package arrived in a very poor state. Hopefully the product has not been damaged but since it's a present, I'm not checking it yet.
Product a bit slow to arrive, but ok.

I wouldn't have called this handmade although perhaps the little pieces of mother of pearl were applied by hand (unlikely considering the number of outlets for this item). Could have done with cleaning too. Otherwise as advertised and easy to order with quick delivery.

Very disappointed as there was a part missing from this item (one of the struts which attaches the back to the front) Also the screws provided were not up to the job. My school caretaker had to make a replacement part and use better screws to put this together.

Hello there,
Merchandise wholey satisfactory,however,charged an exorbitant £4.95 for 1st class postage item then arrived 2nd class.
Email pointing out the postage anomaly promptly ignored.
This my first purchase from this company,it will be my last.

Whilst the quality of the customer service has been first class in sorting out my problems, I have yet to receive the clock which I ordered.

Two incorrect clocks have been delivered, one has been returned and the second is due for collection on Wednesday next.

On that day I hope to receive the correct clock.

It is difficult to know how to rate this company at the moment. . Obviously I cannot comment on the merchandise until I receive it. Shipping was very good for the two clocks rece.
