I sent the following by email to your Enquiries address on 25th April and received no response, I also sent a photograph of the scratch:
I'm very disappointed that the item has a significant scratch on the back, where I was hoping to get it engraved. My boss retires on Friday and I still need to get the item engraved so it leaves me with little option but to keep it but I would like you to know that I am not satisfied with the quality of your product.
