The Wheelie Bin Screens took longer than predicted to arrive. Assembling - extremely difficult. Internal dimensions are not true, presenting problems when trying to fit the door(s) to accommodate the longer dimension of the steel support strips. Also some of the timber frames have split. Guide holes have been half drilled by the manufacturer but they do not match, dimension-wise, with the frame. The screens are over-priced considering the split timber and having to assemble them yourself.

Not too impressed ordered on 06/04/16. Got email 07/04/16 stating the item was being dispatched that afternoon and expected delivery 48hrs.

Today's date is 13/04/16 - and still no delivery.

I called your customer services line - and a message said 'we will call you back' - you cannot call me as I am outside the UK.

It is now five days since I placed this order and it has not yet arrived, despite the advertising which said 24-48 hours! And there is no contact possible at weekends so I can't ring up and ask what has happened.

Very unsatisfactory!
