Send cards by Royal Mail in future - they need the business! My Hermes carrier, disguised as Parcel2go, are utterly useless: instead of the advertised 3 days, it took over a week.

1. Process clunky but otherwise fine until payment screen... no confirmation
2. I emailed to advise issues but to date NO REPLY to my 3rd Nov email to :'shopping@roycastle.org'
3. Then on the Sunday I received an order confirmation
4. Received the goods on the Monday.

Leaves me concerned about how secure the process was and even whether fin transaction data phished!

Lovely plaque...just what I wanted...however from ordering to delivery was 13 days. I had to contact the Roy Castle foundation to find out what was happening. 13 days is too long in my opinion.

Quickly sorted problem with website that did not initially give free pp.
However package arrived poorly labeled and the box was not sealed properly thankfully the postman or someone put an elastic band around the box to prevent the cards from spilling out.
