I have set two emails and had two replies from customer service, I will be emailing again reguarding my refund.

My items were sent to the wrong delivery address (home address which was billing address) and courier (MyHermes) chucked it over the fence into my back garden on a wet day. The box containing a toy for my Godson was damaged.
I wanted to support the charity as I lost my father to lung cancer this year but I am disappointed by this incident.
