At first I was a bit sceptic about the amount of paint I received, but after painting the rusty areas in my microwave I still had more than 3/4 of paint left in the tin. The paint quality is just so great, the coverage is excelent.
Postage I think is high, and instead of e-mailing me for two days that you are processing my order, shorten the despatch time. I come from an eastern European country and this would have been dispatched the same day with next day delivery. Bet Somalia is better...

Thank you for your kind comments. The package is too large to be sent large letter so small parcel prices are applied. The delay was due to the order being placed on a Saturday. The order was processed and sent on the monday. I suspect that you are correct about Somalia as they are predominantly muslim and take Friday as a day of rest whereas we in UK take Sunday. I have just checked and not been able to find the grey paint kit available for sale in Somalia.

In actual fact you ordered the wrong part (a part for a different model to yours) and it wasn't compatible, therefore you returned it for a refund which we were happy to do. Glad to be of service.

I received my order. I am unhappy with the lack of customer service. I contacted you via email twice and never received a reply. The film is exactly what I ordered. The delay in receiving was due to missing information on the shipping address.

These were three little rubber feet, took too long to arrive and the price is far too expensive for what they are.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The feet were shown as out of stock at the time of ordering. Unfortunately these are only available from Panasonic and despite us chasing they keep putting back the delivery date, beyond our control. We did offer you a refund at any time however we couldn't source them anywhere else so you were unlikely to. We did send several emails along the way as well assuring you of our efforts to get them sooner. The price also is dictated by Panasonic. I guess the fact that they are pliable, insulated and yet heat proof to withstand combination microwave means that they are slightly more than little rubber feet. Thank you for your purchase.

Kitchenwareonline had issues with their supplier, hence I was sent alternative (after mutual agreement) somewhat later than expected.
Alternative was of equal quality, so am happy with that and I appreciate that there wasn't a lot he could do if his supplier let him down.
However I felt that Kitchenwareonline should have kept me informed rather than me chasing.
Would be happy to buy from them again though.

Most of our Panasonic spares state that they are made in China. Clearly Panasonic have their spares made in factories in China. Rest assured, all of our Panasonic spares and accessories are purchased from Panasonic UK.

After paying for the door, I was informed a day later by email it was out of stock and would take 4 to 6 days to arrive. 14 days later it arrived in good condition. The description on the web site said it was compatable with several model numbers of Microwave. I ordered it especialy for my model, and although it fits, it has the model number of another microwave printed on it.

Sorry. The website is set up to display whether items are in stock or not and this is displayed on the item page. If an item is out of stock the site still allows customers to place an order if we know we can get the item form the manufacturer fairly quickly. Regarding the model number, I have contacted Samsung. The part number is common to all models in the range based on one base model. Our option would be to remove that label on all doors which would look unsightly we think.

Postage costs are ridiculous for such a small value item. Had to collect it from the local post
office as I was not in for the delivery and it had to be signed for. You should offer a cheap
postage option for low value items. Anyway the mica sheet worked fine and the microwave is
back in use and I even have two spare sheets if ever I need them.

On 3MM stand leg, that was very lose.

I needed two of these and bought one from another company. They both arrived the same day - speedy delivery. Unfortunately it was stuffed into a cardboard box and smelled a bit dusty. Compared to the other hippo I received, it looked a bit worse for wear so I had to give it a wipe with a damp cloth. Could have been packaged better.

I ordered the product on 20.8.2015 and paid for Royal Mail 24 delivery. Once my money had been paid into Kitchenwareonline's account, I was informed that the product was out of stock and would be despatched as soon as possible. I selected Royal Mail 24 thinking that the product would arrive the next day (Friday). The product didn't arrive until Tuesday of the following week. If I had been made aware of this during the ordering process, I would have opted for a cheaper carriage rate.

Sorry for the poor service. We are trying to resolve the stock issue currently. We have this online shop as well as Ebay and Amazon shops and we are a 'bricks and mortar' real shop also. To that end trying to report accurately the stock across all 4 channels is extremely difficult and an ongoing problem. We do mention in our terms and conditions that if an item is required urgently to make contact so that we can physically check and reserve an item.
