Thank you for your comments. Your order was delivered on the 10th September. There was no one at home so a card was left informing you that it was delivered to 'Spices of Kashmir' and signed for by Kam at 2:13pm. Thank you for your purchase.

Resceived after quite a few days, but cracked on the corner , have been away till now so have to do something about it, a lot of money for waveguide cover for the sharp R269 broken piece.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I did make contact after you emailed us, with information that a delivery had been attempted over a month ago but no one called for the order within 2 weeks so it was returned to us. The order is sat here but will require a further postage charge to resend.

Whats disgusting ? We did contact you explaining that the item matched the specifications and pictures exactly and offered a full refund if you weren't satisfied with the product, but have heard nothing since.

On the same day i got this tiny touch up paint i wondered how i could get a brush small enough to get into tin i then thought best to make a brush from a matchstick, in the same post i got an item 4 times the size postage 99p kitchenware's postage £3.50 what a rip off.

Sorry that you felt our postage was a rip off. Different companies have different postage rates from Royal Mail based on our business profiles, average size of parcels, quantities of mail etc. Someone like Amazon sending millions of parcels have a lot better buying power than a business much smaller like ours. We feel that we offer a service that meets most of our customers expectations and apologise that it didn't meet yours. Our tins are too large to send as large letters.
