How can I rate something’s I haven’t received yet?
Tracking number is invalid and no update emails.

COVID-19 meant there was a little delay (thought shipping was a bit expensive, order wasn't over £50, so wasn't free shipping) but the part came within a few days, and fixed the problem we had with our toilet.

Desperately needed this item to fix toilet as in self isolation could not call out a plumber so thank you arrived next day and very easy to fix.

All good. New boiler fitted and working in under an hour.
My only issue was that I couldn’t register it for warranty as the serial number was not on the box Probably on the back of the unit it.self but I wasn’t.t taking it out again just to see. Hopefully it won.t need that warranty.
