ORDER NOT RECIEVIED.

It took nearly 3 weeks to finally get what I ordered. Unfortunately the wrong item was originally shipped. I contacted customer service who admitted a picking error and provided a return postage label but unlike virtually every other supplier I have ordered from, would not send the correct item until the original one had been received back. This took over a week before the correct item was finally dispatched. So in the end it was nearly 3 weeks until the repair could be carried out.

Correction delivery just arrived after 12 days. ned to open and review.

The delivery took a while in these pandemic times, and I haven't attempted to get customer service but the item did not work. It failed to shut off the water supply when the tank was full.

Prompt delivery, good product, competitively priced.

Due to the circumstances at this time. Ordering was easy. Tracking was easy and delivery was not only easy but arrived when wanted.

Read below i'm not typing all this again.

Second time I have ordered from Plumb2U. Fair price, Quick delivery. Thumbs up from me.

The items were shipped on the 14th April and to date 24th still not arrived. I know things are taking longer but not that long! Very disappointed when I require the parts to repair the toilet.

Shipping was slow but due to the current situation. They were great about it and helped where they could. Top company . Would buy from them again.

How can I rate something’s I haven’t received yet?
Tracking number is invalid and no update emails.

COVID-19 meant there was a little delay (thought shipping was a bit expensive, order wasn't over £50, so wasn't free shipping) but the part came within a few days, and fixed the problem we had with our toilet.

(nearly gave up ordering on line as website has an issue if you use it. The chat box hides the submit button please move it as it does not let u exist. The person i had a chat with in the window could not resolve it but was very polite and tried to help...thank you! I put 2 in my basket by mistake could not edit my order to 1 item so had to go back and start the order again).GREAT SERVICE THANKS.
