Impossible to review this mute as Paxman's on-line system and customer response were so poor!
I ordered the mute on a Friday afternoon, expecting delivery on the Monday.
However, late on the Monday, I received an email saying that the product was out of stock and could promise no delivery date. Why did the sytem not know this?
Very amateurish - and I shall not be back.
