First time I've used Plumb2u. They offered a good selection and provided the size details that I needed to ensure the seats would fit my pans. Paid for next day delivery but product never arrived. Contacted company and money refunded within hours I believe the courier was to blame and despite this experience would use the company again.

I`ve only rated shipping with a 2 star due to item being delivered in its display box and this is definitely not suitable for dispatching a quality item like a Grohe Mixer Shower Unit. Box is for display only and should have been placed into stronger box for delivery.Hopefully shower isn't damaged but will not know as installation not taking place till mid November! Product looks good quality as you would hope with Grohe.
