Paid for next day delivery and called day before as I needed it for a job booked in for my clien to confirm the delivery . On the day of delivery plum2u said it would be delivered,, no refund for paying next day delivery and had to pay £90 for a same day courier service. No sincre apology.

Came really fast. The next day and I did not pay for next day. GReat.

Very polite, but I telephoned prior to placing my order to check that everything was in stock and paid £20 for next day delivery. 3 weeks later and still no boiler.

Item as promised and arrived at time advised. Very pleased.

Excellent service. After I got home after collecting my purchase, I received a call as somebody at Plumb2U noticed that an item was likely to be Incorrect (totally my fault by ordering the wrong size). This allowed me time to swap for the correct item rather than noticing on installation.

Every member of staff I dealt with could not have been any more accommodating. A thoroughly satisfactory experience with old fashioned customer service. Well done!

Nothing to complain about. Arrived as expected. Well packed. Decent service all round.

Very pleased with the items all seem to be working fine. Delivery was also excellent.
Only very small gripe is that their "chat" assistant wasn't working as I did have a query before ordering . I Waited quite a long while before giving up, so took a flyer and ordered.
Would probably use them again as they are very competitively priced.
