Very poor delivery, had to wait for nearly 2 weeks. I was told twice, that it was out for delivery, clearly not true!

We did a lot of research before deciding to buy a new shower unit from plumb2u. The price was the best available, and it was reassuring to buy from a proper plumbing company, just in case we had any problems. The unit arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days. We were kept informed about the delivery so didn't have any problems at all. The shower is now installed successfully, and we are very relieved, and grateful to plumb2com, that all went so well.

Exactly what I ordered at the best price I could find on the web. Shipping was a bit quicker than promised. It’s not Plumb2U’s fault but the product was to replace a like for like item which broke after about 6 years. Villeroy and Boch stuff is generally overpriced.

Will use again. Service as swift and product arrived on time.

Shipping was fast and delivery guy was helpful. Merchandise was wrapped all wet. Not sure if it's good or no. But still need to clean everything.
