Fast, efficient service. Can’t comment on customer service as all done online. Product was well packed but the ends were a bit damaged - luckily we need to cut those bits off. Maybe pad the ends a bit better for shipping.

With regards to the damaged ends - if you find that you are unable to use them then please do let us know and we`ll happily send out some replacements for you. Unfortunately due to the size of our products they do sometimes get damaged by heavy handed couriers.

Oddly, I can't rate all 3 criteria, but I would say over all that I received 5 star service.
After receiving my order there was some damage and an incorrect item (confusing order page). I cannot commend enough the politeness and helpfulness of the person I spoke to, he without question rectified the problem to my satisfaction.
Fantastic customer service and very quick delivery, I would definitely trust and use this company again. Thank you.

Overpriced delivery fee and parcel was not delivered to home address when I was actually in house. Left at an unkown house in next street and no note through my door to say where it was.
Only by good luck did person bring it to house for me or I would not have known where it was!

Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not left a card ref your delivery. As per your instructions we did put on the note to deliver to a neighbour if you are out - but we will take this up with the courier.

Encasement have been model suppliers; no fuss at any stage and the goods, which are amazing, arrived in a couple of days!
The only slight hiccup was the courier who left my packages outside in the rain, but to be fair, that’s not within the control of the supplier.
Thankfully, they were so well packed that only the outer was affected, not the goods.
Top marks to encasement: would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately the parcel was damaged in transit but as the damage was confined to the inner surface which won't be seen it is not a problem. The ordering and delivery was very efficient and the parcel arrived within 36 hours of ordering. The courier just needs to ensure that his cargo is properly secured in the van!!
