I ordered grey. I received brown. Having used natural colour fiber before, I am aware that it can vary but this is definitely brown. And I am expected to pay the postage to return it. I expected better from a respected shop.

Thank you so much for the prompt arrival of the wool.
Your staff were very helpful in recommending that I buy a cone rather than hanks. I am glad that the wool is slightly oiled because it works better in my knitting machine. It is such a delight to be able to buy
pure wool rather than synthetic, I will be using you again.
I have used you in the past ( I have a 1991 colour chart) and will certainly be using you more.

Easily navigated website, excellent and well priced product and very speedy delivery - just 2 days from Shetland to Dorset! I highly recommend Shetland Wool Brokers and will continue to use them whenever I am called upon to knit a christening shawl or feel the need to do some fairisle knitting.

The products I have received are of the utmost highest quality! I am totally pleased with them. The shipping was VERY fast, I can not receive items shipped within the USA this fast! After placing my order the items were shipped very quickly. I will not hesitate to order from you again.
