I am happy to review this company. The service they provided was outstanding. The item I purchased was considerably cheaper than my plumber could buy it at trade prices. The most impressive aspect of the service was the extremely fast delivery. My order went in about midday on Fri and was delivered at the crack of dawn on Sunday. It was worth getting out of bed to take delivery! The item arrived stoutly packaged and was exactly as described. All in all this company proved to be a real find.

Delivered promptly to replace an identical unit that had failed after 7 years continued use. This unit doesn’t seem to be heating the water quite as hot as the previous unit.
