Delivery very prompt but unfortunately the item had been damaged and had items missing from the box. On contacting Plumb2U the response was positive and efficient. The replacement was immediately dispatched and arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Very impressed with purchase, PTFE tap was also included; very thoughtful.
However the wall attached shower head was cheap looking. It should have been more in keeping with the stylish shower.
Other than that, shower is good value for money.

It appeared that the tap may have been sold and returned previously and that may explain the very competitive price. Nevertheless it was dispatched to us very quickly and appears to be fine.

Found the item i required, easy to purchase and arrived promptly. Then found out i would not need it, change of mind. Got in touch to to inform them. I was sent a returns form to post with the cartridge. As soon as they received the parcel, my refund was in the bank. great customer service.

Good product - bought to replace an old 65+ when the motor failed. Installed and running in 30 minutes using existing connections. Next day delivery was very efficient. Would recommend product and company.
