Great shower. However, the supplied chrome cowls/covers were 30mm deep and it meant I couldn't attach the shower to the existing fittings. I ended up buying 18mm chrome cowls/covers.

I still do not have my item despite being told it had shipped. When I chased it up I was told it was actually out of stock, but no one bothered to let me know that, they waited until I asked where it was. I am still waiting for them to get it into stock and send to me. Not great customer service or stock control.

Following this review, as an update, Plumb2U did resolve the issue quickly, got the item into stock and sent it overnight to me so did redeem themselves somewhat. Updated to 3 star.

Brilliant - great to get Calmag water treatment filters online during the pandemic. Prices were good and delivery was amazing - ordered in the afternoon and received next day just after 10:00 am in a fairly remote part of Wales. Minor issue was that the transit box was ripped but this hadn't affected the contents which were otherwise well packaged and protected. I'll definitely shop here again.

Shipping let’s you down big time, you send tracking but if it’s your delivery you can’t track! Have used you twice and it’s a chore! Sort out tracking delivery times, we have a life also!
