Delivery only took a couple of days which, from Shetland to South Wales, is quite impressive. The yarn is very good quality.

I have been buying yarn from Jamieson and Smith for years - since the days when it arrived through the post in lovely brown-paper parcels. I am always delighted with the product. It is extraordinary that an order placed on 25 November can travel all the way from Shetland, despite the current weather conditions, and be received in London on 1st December. thank you so much for producing this wonderful yarn in such wonderful colours.

Thank you for your feedback, your order was placed on the 24th and dispatched on the 26th of November, it would have done pretty well to get to the USA in 4 days.

Thank you for your feedback, Unfortunately, that has given us a 1-star review, the order was placed on the 24th and dispatched on the 26th. There was no boat in from Shetland on the 26th or 27th so any weather delays are outwith our control.

The yarn is absolutely lovely and having the color schemes on IG makes picking wool for hats simple given my lack of ability to figure out what colors work well together.
I love that I can order from Texas and have everything here fairly quickly given the distance and customs issues.
