The wool is absolutely lovely to work with. I think this is my third order from the company. I appreciate that it can be shipped to the US, and I love that I am supporting local artisans.

Thank you for your feedback, we do explain on the pattern page here: https://jamiesmith.oxatis.com/patterns-c102x2833507 that many of our patterns are available on Ravelry and Payhip and that it will be cheaper for you to purchase that way. If the pattern is not one of ours you can usually purchase it directly from the designer.

Oh, why aren't you in the EU anymore? That would be delivery, all without problems and cool. Despite the need to pay customs clearance, your yarn is amazing! It takes more than six weeks from ordering to delivery to Europe, but everything comes in handy. All I miss is the ability to track the shipment, here's what to improve.

All the same dyelot well wrapped in plastic bag and enclosed in the usual grey plastic outer bag. Took longer than usual to arrive due to pandemic delays in transport services. Excellent value for price charged. I’m a happy knitter!
