Fabulous customer service. Pick error meant I got the wrong flies. After emailing Troutcatchers the issue was resolved and I had the replacements within 24hrs and I got to keep the original flies. Many thanks Troutcatchers.I'll be back.

Excellent customer service from Nick. I wanted to change my initial order so e-mailed customer service. Immediate response indicating no problem. Subsequently found that my changed order had not been delivered from Snowbee as expected. I was offered alternatives for immediate delivery but chose to wait.
