Fast delivery but the product was damaged at both ends. Luckily there was enough undamaged for my requirements though I had to do two cuts instead of one.

Casing is of great quality. I did have to cut the casing to size, so make sure you have the right tools at home (circular saw).

Boxing arrived quickly and was well packaged but had a 2.5 cm scratch. I contacted the company to inform them. The customer service received was amazing. I will definitely buy from them again.

Very pleased with boiler pipe casing, it has a high quality finish and can easily be cut down to cover the pipes as required. The delivery was very quick, especially as I ordered over the bank holiday weekend and when I rang Encasement Ltd to check what time the delivery would take place they very helpfully rang the courier to obtain an estimated delivery time and then rang me back to let me know. Am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend highly.
