I know there are sourcing issues from a far. Good communications though. Took a while to arrive and then the postman had clearly dropped it! Quick chat with Clive and was all sorted out. These are awesome torches, extremely powerful. I already have an IR version on the night sight on a gun for 5 years or so, I know how powerful and durable they are. I wanted a visible light version, already having a charger and spare batteries. I needed an illuminator, I am not disappointed. Thanks.Tom.

A pleasure doing business with this company. Superb, promt communication and very helpful.
I thought postage was high at first, but, realised on delivery it had been sent via courier and not left to chance in the post.
Item was well packaged and protected.

Clive Ward did explain to me about the shims that were provided and was able to fit this unit in minutes after initially struggling to fit it - I now have a great scope for my night observations and look forward to many more nights out in the fields with this unit.

Took over a month to get to me due to DPD losing the first shipment to them. Nightvision store are a bit difficult to get a reply from. Not knowing their set up there could be reasonable reasons. As they are a Nightvsionforum sponsor and UK based that's why I used them They do need to get better at the replying/keeping folk informed though.
Once they did reply the situation was explained and once the item arrived I was very pleased with it.
I would use Nightvisionstore again.

Good size, not too small or too large.
Light weight and easy to fit to rifle scope.
A good overall picture and clear when the adjustments are made.
Not too complicated to adjust or focus and the buttons all seem to be in the 'right' places for ease of use at night.
Picture quality seems very good but not had much use yet.

Thanks for the review Mark. We usually send a set of standard shims with the units. If you didn't get them, please drop us an e-mail with the exact size of the eyebell of your scope and we'll get one sent out.
