Ordered a new shower over a month ago as it showed in stock, but then received an email to say when they went to pick it there were none available. One month later after lots of unanswered emails and unable to get through on customer services I am going down the charge back route with my credit card provider.

I ordered Bristan Java 2 Handle Bath Filler J BF C. Unfortunately through no fault of Plumb2U the item was lost by Royal Mail. I can only say that Plum2U are an excellent company with superlative customer service.They did not have another item in stock, but immediately refunded my payment. They also apologised for the inconvenience even though they were not at fault.
I will certainly use there services again without hesitation.

Ordered 2 Grohe toilet frames. Products seem fine on installation but delivery took 4 days despite paying £9 for next day delivery. I have asked the plmb2u team twice for a refund for the delivery but so far have only received silence!?

Ordered two items, the first arrived reasonably quickly, but the second item caused me all sorts of problems. I had to call and email numerous times, but no one ever called back. They did email eventually. I was told it had been dispatched when it hadn’t been, was given a tracking number that didn’t work and was told it was being dispatched on days that it clearly wasn’t. It took almost two weeks to finally get the second item. Happy with the products, but not with the customer service.

One of the units ordered was unfortunately out of stock and we had to back order it from the manufacturers.

The order was put back into our dispatch network as we were expecting the stock to come it, however unfortunately there was an unforeseen delay from the manufacture end too which held things up.

I think that if someone who spens over £50 on products should expect them to be sent next day or not far off from a better service then Royal mail eg DPD or DHL and know other online stores around do this. Royal mail tracking is awful generally speaking as standard.

Customer service was OK but feel they should have been more informed on delivery date at early stages. If there were any good deals/prices on Nerrad products I might order again.

Excellent price and excellent service, I ordered a Bristan shower about 11.00 on one day and received it within 24 hours. OK I paid £9 for next day delivery but even adding that to the shower price it was still great value, I would use again no problem.

Placed order before 3 pm on a Thursday. Paid for next working day delivery. Therefore, order should have arrived on the Friday. Order did not arrive until the following Monday. Email sent to Plumb2U but person responding did not seem to understand what next working day meant. A request for additional shipping costs to be reimbursed was ignored.
