We got a message to say the order was shipped for next day delivery when in fact it was not even in stock. Refund arranged .It was difficult yo get through yo somebody and it required several calls and email.

Excellent service, the only issue is that I ordered the wrong model . Plumb2u said I could return and receive a full refund once I have ordered the correct one.

Changed my order and received the same excellent service .correct model delivered.

The only issue is that I am still waiting for the refund for my 1st order.

We called in advance to confirm the item was available for next day delivery then proceeded with the order online. From then we received emails updates including about shipping and delivery. The delivery was arranged via DPD and I was given a very convenient 1-hour window estimated delivery time, which was kept.
