A first class company. I ordered a shower mixer. It was very competitively priced and the parcel was delivered next day.
Unfortunately, on opening a gold version had been sent instead of the chrome ordered.
Once notified, the Plumb 2 U customer service immediately arranged for the correct one to be delivered next day along with a return label for the gold one.
With competitive prices, a good range and first class customer service, this company is highly recommended.

Found the shower pump I needed at a very competitive price. Ordering was easy and my pump arrived at 7:30am the next morning. I was kept informed as to the status of my order and when it arrived, my shower pump was securely packaged. From the searching to checkout it has been 5 stars also when I was worried about the item not arriving someone was on hand on the (speak to someone now section) to help me in seconds and that’s amazing customer service, tracking was quick and delivery and packaging was great.
