The item itself was packaged well and in perfect condition.

I fitted the Thermostat immediately - it was very easy to set up and the instructions were easy to follow.

I would recommend this item - good value for money and regulates the heat perfectly.

Excellent in all respects.

Issue with shipping not the fault of PLUMB2U, but of DPD which unusually, got its paperwork confused. However the chaps at PLUMB2U sorted it and refunded the £15 Saturday delivery fee, but not the cost of me having to pay the standby plumber who arrived on Saturday to install but was unable to do so. Boiler arrived yesterday and I now must wait to Monday for the plumber to be available. Not good in a Whitby B&B even in November.

I needed a specific make and model shower to replace a broken one. Plumb2u were the cheapest and ordering was very easy using my Amazon payment details. The unit arrived promptly. Difficult to give anything but 5 stars when the entire process was so simple!

Easy to create and account and place and track the order, delivery was a day quicker than advised, well packed with no damage.
Price £50 more competitive than nearest online supplier.

If DPD had not failed to find our house, I would have had my order less than 24 hours after ordering.

Excellent value and excellent customer service. I received the Bristan Basin taps on free delivery and received them a few days later. I haven’t fitted the taps yet I aim to do so in the near future before Xmas time.. I would recommend the company to all.
