Great product at an excellent price, delivered quickly and it was only then that I realised I had ordered the wrong size, but no problem I took it to their Epsom depot and the guys there were really helpful and changed it for me.

The thread on the pressure relief valve was made of poor quality brass which broke away when attempting to fit the relative nut.
Fitter had to make up a replacement utilising the valve body from the previous Ariston unit [four and half years old], so that we weren't without water any longer than necessary.

Macerator wont fit under toilet I've purchased and don't seem to be able to find a toilet that will be big enough ??? suggestions??

I had reason to contact customer services online about the shipping and they sorted things out and communicated well. Cannot comment on the tap as it is still in box awaiting the plumber!

Order was considerably delayed due to difficulties with stock/supplies.
When it finally arrived, the packaging (ripped cardboard box within plastic bag) was damaged as was the tap itself - one 'handle' had sheared off, so the item was useless.
Have been offered full refund on return of item as replacement not available.
Still waiting!
