My ordering experience was great. Immediately money was taken and quickly received e-mail stating order had been dispatched. This e-Mail showed a countdown clock to delivery in 3 days. Two days later another e-mail received stating ten delay. Next day email stating mid-jan delivery ( three more weeks!). I sincerely hope you recover the situation because right now my experience is terrible and I cannot recommend you at all.

Item was damaged when opened but Plumb2u customer service was brilliant. I emailed them late evening and had a reply first thing the next morning saying they would collect the unit and refund once received as I requested. Collection was arranged for the next day and refund has been received. I decided to go for the same brand of shower I had before as this looked more sturdy. Had Plumb2u stocked that brand I would have definitely have used them again due to the great customer service.

Great service, item delivered the day after I ordered it (Saturday delivery).
I was a little worried when I opened the package because it had clearly been opened previously and all of the protective polystyrene on top was broken and smashed. On checking the contents everything was complete and the macerator worked perfectly when I had installed it.

Decent price, let down by extended shipping time. Do not order an urgent item to avoid the
hassle.
