Great service, item delivered the day after I ordered it (Saturday delivery).
I was a little worried when I opened the package because it had clearly been opened previously and all of the protective polystyrene on top was broken and smashed. On checking the contents everything was complete and the macerator worked perfectly when I had installed it.

Decent price, let down by extended shipping time. Do not order an urgent item to avoid the
hassle.

I have not received the shower head .

I ordered several items.
They came over a week later.
I ordered 2 of 1 thing, and 1 each of 2 other things
I got 2 of 2 things instead.
There was no answer when I tried to phone customer service.

I ordered a Saniflo Saniplus to replace an old non-functioning unit. The courier service took longer than the premium delivery service I had paid for, and on opening the box, found that one of the internal components had been damaged in transit. P2U were alerted to this, requested photos, then advised that a complete unit would be despatched by Parcelforce. They were no faster than the courier service, but this time the unit was undamaged. Job was completed.

BADLY PACKED. ONE FILTER BROKEN. FILTERS NORMALLY COME IN A CARDBOARD BOX FOR PROTECTION. RATHER THAT SENDING IT BACK I GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER. HOPE IT WORKS.

Ordered two combi-care cartridges came within two days all fitted simply.
