As usual with this company, quick delivery and product as described, I will always use them when they have the spares that I need.

Reached me 4 days after expected date, but sales staff very helpful.

Ordered this on a Friday night, rang on Saturday and was told that it would be shipped that day. It was shipped the following Monday. Not a great problem, but it would have been better to just be honest!

Item arrived on time and intact. Packaging around item could have been better just a few bubble bags meant the item could rattle in the box; which could have led to damage.

The parts i ordered isnt what i recieved, it had the right code on the packaging but the parts are different from what is on the web site and i need to change them. thanks Nolen Pascoe.

Item was not as described on seller's site. Phoned seller re return & refund - said they would arrange with Royal Mail for collection. Postman knew nothing about such an arrangement. Item was returned via Post Office and postage paid for. Seller has not been in contact since.

Good a reasonably priced spares for my (older) type of boiler. Esay contact to team. Shipping to abroad not as efficient as could have been.

Correct items were sent as described, but shipping was very expensive and very slow. Charged almost £5 postage to send two small rubber O rings in a jiffy bag by 1st Class Recorded post. Didn't despatch on day of order as stated and so arrived 5 days later than expected as it spanned a weekend.

They got it all (well - all i needed and more) and offer a kind and eficient customer service. The only reason why shipping is no 5-star is becase i ordered from abroad, and they do not normally do that (thats a shame really). But when contacted, they quickly dealt with that.

Quick dispatch, safe deliver, but a bit expensive.

Slow service especially in sending the item. Paid £4.80 including extra to have the item posted 1st class registered Royal Mail but was sent standard mail for £2.55. Item measured 50mm X 14mm and was sent in a E2 jiffy bag measuring 280mm X 240mm. A padded envelope would have sufficed. Send an email to them requesting a refund of the extra I paid for registered postage and they ignored my mail.
Would not recommend or use again. Apart from that the part is working away fine.

This item is manufactured by Zilmet not Vaillant and as such the description is misleading this also means it is not an OEM part as advertised as OEMs are manufacturers who resell another company's product under their own name and branding. That having been said the item is compatible with boilers noted in the item description, this is however an important point as the price difference between this item and one with a Vaillant stamp is considerable.

I found this company on the internet my plumber told me I would not be able to find anyone who would still stock the flue for the combi boiler that I had. I rang these guys not only did they have the part the guy also checked the length as there were 2 sizes I paid for 24 hour delivery and it turned up lunch time the next day, Thank you for your fantastic service you really saved the day.
