I was first a customer of Paxman in about 1974 when I bought a seres 2 french horn later upgrading to a model 20 in about 1991 which I still play.

I ordered a pull through; it was exactly what I needed, it arrived here very quickly and was (relatively) inexpensive. In short, excellent service.

My original order had not arrived 2 weeks after despatch. I rang Paxman to let them know, and a very helpful member of staff arranged for another hand guard to be sent out that day, without any further charge to myself. This duly arrived the next day, but, unfortunately the original order appears to be lost in the post.
This was outstanding customer service, as usual!

CD in stock (only place I could find it) reasonable price and postage and received promptly. Highly recommended.
