I ordered 2 of 1 thing, and 1 each of 2 other things
I got 2 of 2 things instead.
There was no answer when I tried to phone customer service.

I ordered a Saniflo Saniplus to replace an old non-functioning unit. The courier service took longer than the premium delivery service I had paid for, and on opening the box, found that one of the internal components had been damaged in transit. P2U were alerted to this, requested photos, then advised that a complete unit would be despatched by Parcelforce. They were no faster than the courier service, but this time the unit was undamaged. Job was completed.
