Replaced my old salamander after 15 years of loyal service. The pump was dispatched quickly and at a competitive price.

Fairly prompt shipping BUT arrived in plastic bag with no protection resulting in manufacturer's packing being crushed. Fortunately, no obvious damage to items.

Very good service with fast delivery. Recommended.

Order came without one of the parts. (Vaillant 45deg elbows)
Apparently this was a packing error, but then they didn't have the item in stock and would not be able to ship for 3 weeks.
As this was an essential part of the fitting of a new boiler, the Gas fitter couldn't finish the job and this has cost me for him to come back after I sourced the part from another supplier.
Not very happy.

Plumb2U advertised on their website that if the item was ordered before 3pm, it would be delivered next day. The unvented cylinder was not in stock (contrary to the website), so the website advertised 3-5 working days delivery, as it was coming direct from the manufacturer. Delivery was actually 8 working days. I had to re-arrange the plumber twice due to the delivery lies from this company and the mis-leading website.

Do not believe the delivery times if you have a deadline.

Chased it and they said lost in the post. Would send a replacement.
Chased that and they said out of stock. Turns out they never had it and I never got it.
Had to pay through the nose to get some at short notice for the Job.
Would not compensate me.

Wouldn't rely on them, as they dropped me right in it despite ordering in plenty of time.

Order out of stock when required i was informed when new stock arrived delivered next day well done.
