I wanted a replacement InSinkErator to replace a broken old one and Plumb2U delivered on every level. The item was available and in stock, it was exactly what I wanted and as described, delivery was ridiculously quick - less than 24 hours after I ordered it - and it was significantly cheaper than any other I found on the web. It was installed and running less than a day after ordering so I was well happy. 5* service.

Had issues ordering on web site so phoned up and spoke to a helpful guy who said they had issues with people using tablets so try your phone which worked.
I ordered an electric fire that was delivered promptly by a helpful driver,the fire came very well packed and was very reasonably priced,all up and running well done Plumb2u.

Original item was shipped very quickly but was damaged in 3 places (in manufacturing).
Plumb2U were quick to respond but the replacement took a long time to arrive and I had to chase it.
I requested collection of the damaged item at the same time as the replacement was delivered but the courier wouldn't take it so I had to request the collection again.

Amazing service from this company Plumb2u explained everything in detail and delivery was literally within 48hours.
Gledhill product was very good and a good price, some other companies were charging 50% more !!
Gledhill have a good technical team that you can contact if your not to sure what your buying.

I have ordered the item as click and collect. The contact numbers were dialed numerous of times and unfortunately, no one answers the phone. I had driven to the collection point and have been told that the product was not ready for collection as they only act as a collection point and do not have any information as to when the product will be delivered.I had paid £60 more for the same boiler pack as Plumb2U had this as click and collect.

The order for a Salus IT500 internet thermostat was processed and dispatched very quickly. Upon arrival the receiver was found to be faulty, but Plumb2U provided a returns label and dispatched a replacement it as soon as they were sent proof of posting.
Their service is excellent, just a pity the Salus receiver was faulty.

This order was cancelled as despite being advertised it was out of stock and discontinued.

Not fitted yet.
