The order first arrived with only the filter cartridge and not the whole system. I sent an email to customer service who apologised and sent the remaining items by fast delivery service. However the remaining parts were poorly packaged and I only hope they are all my plumber needs!!

Update. Plum2U quickly acknowledged that my order had gone astray and refunded my payment to them.

I was notified the product had been shipped then after this I was told the shipment was delayed due insufficient stock. When I eventually received the product it had clearly already been fitted and returned as the thermostat had paint from the wall it had been fitted to. Not at all impressed.

The only difficulty I had was trying to purchase the product with a credit card when my VPN was on. Not sure who, if anyone, was to blame. Once that hurdle was overcome, everything went smoothly. Competitive pricing also helped.

The fire looks great. It took a little longer to arrive than anticipated but still in good time for our workman to fix to the wall. We worked out that this was because it was coming direct from the manufacturers as we are outside your normal catchment area.

I bought this product on line so customer service didn't come into it. The shipping and the product where spot on. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the product and the price.
