Thank you for your review and kind words. Apologies you feel the shipping cost was too high. We already subsidise this cost & cannot subsidise further without artificially inflating the item prices.
You received a protected fly box so the hackles were not damaged, in a jiffy envelope, of which was posted first class tracked, & arrived within promised timescales.

I could have done with more notice from you guys about my delivery - the 1st I heard was notice from the delivery co saying they were going to deliver the next day. Wasn't sure if the link was scam or not.

Thank you for your review. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation page 'what happens next' - this is also confirmed with an email.
Once dispatched another email is sent giving full details of delivery / timings etc. based on the service you have chosen.
You can also confirm all on-line if you log in to your account. Hope this helps.
