The site was easy to use. The item was delivered the next day, even though I had not paid the extra for guaranteed next day delivery. The price was competitive. What's not to like?

The order was delivered on time but . . .
The package was delivered upside down. The "this way up" markings were covered with black plastic. This was a heavy item.
On unpacking the control panel had popped out. I managed to click it back in so I hope it works ok when it is installed..

Excellent service and communication. I ordered two shower pumps by mistake, and having spoken to their representative, was given very clear and helpful information on how to return the unwanted item. The process was so easy and the full refund was given as soon at Plumb2U received the unwanted item. I would highly recommend them for price and service and would purchase from them again.

Shower cartridge about £70 cheaper than direct from manufacturer for the exact item. Shipping suffered a short delay but I wasn’t inconvenienced. I’ve no complaints.

Hopefully will stay working so finding out about after sale service will not be necessary.

Good price for product. Easy to order online. Only negative is that I paid for next day delivery, but took a couple of days. Possibly delivery company fault. Contacted Plumb2u by email and got rapid response. Would certainly use this company again.

Shower left on doorstep on wrong day, without signature even though courier specified that signature was required at point of delivery.

Plumb 2 U are great but not impressed with the courier. Luckily it was not stolen.

Every thing except one was 5 * Criticism first : I found the company difficult to contact, whether by phone or email. When I did get through on the phone, I was treated courteously and very efficiently. I felt that my wishes really mattered to them. The goods arrived today, in good order.
