The package was delivered by Royal Mail and was handed to me, it was well packed. I’m not commenting on the time it took from ordering to receiving as there was a postal strike going on and out of the control of Jamieson & Smith.

I have been buying wool from J & S Mail order for over 40 years. I have never had an incorrect order and delivery is very quick. The yarn is of 1st class quality, there are so many colours to choose from. If you are visiting Shetland do call in the store the staff are so helpful.

I love the wool, the colors. And also there were strikes and the complications of beeing EU-customer, the parcel took only two weeks to arrive.
And I bougt it at a lower price (although I had to pay taxes and fees) as buying it in EU.
