If I could award 10 gold stars then I most happily would. The order arrived quickly, with just the right amount of packaging. The wool is lovely and the shade card is like having a mini version of Jamieson and Smith in my home.

My order arrived before I had completed charting the design. The wool is, as always, a delight to knit, and I am greatly enjoying working the pattern.

The kit arrived well packaged and in great shape. The kit included the printed pattern that was protected within two sheets of cardboard. So nice to have it pristine. I'm looking forward to knitting this jacket for my dog in al the lovely colors!

I love this glove board! Cannot imagine knitting gloves without using these for blocking. Makes so much difference. Love that I can order from J&S and receive in the USA faster than I can anywhere else. Love their customer service and their yarn!!!

Shetland wool is my favourite wool, so this merchandise is never going to get a bad review. However, the shipping (from remote Shetland) and the customer service was also excellent.

I was amazed how quickly I got the book. It is an amazing book. Unfortunately, the top edge of the back cover was damaged in shipping. I still love it.

As always I would happily give 10 gold stars to Jamieson and Smith, customer service is excellent and the yarn is beautiful. My package arrived really quickly and was nicely wrapped. There was a small book in the order, and that was carefully packaged in some card so it didn't receive any knocks travelling down from Shetland.

Hello, I received my Whalsay knitting belt today. Materials and workmanship are outstanding. It was safely protected by packaging and arrived undamaged. I wish the royal mail was more timely, but I can say the same for US Mail, and not much we can do about either!
