Excellent service. ordered on monday and delivered thursday. Price was excellent as I usually try to shop local and they wanted £495 and I paid £278.. BIG difference.

I placed an order before 3pm and my order qualified for free next day delivery. The product wasn't delivered the next day, but the day after. Also, the courier gave me an initial delivery window of 12:30 to 13;30 but then said the delivery would be made before 18:00. In the end it didn't come until 19:00. Not good.

This has been an awful transaction. Order placed on 16th May and now 24th. I keep asking for an update but it's with Evri/Hermes who are useless here. And now Plumb2U justy say they have asked Evri for an update. Cancel the order and refund me. I won't use you again until you change courier. A shame because previous experience much more positive.

These are a repeat buy of the Glastonbury pillar taps - they appear to be good quality and look very smart. I will be interested to see how they wear over time and how easy they are to keep clean as the advice is to use only washing up liquid.

Arrived as suggested. Easy to fit and has sorted out the problem that I had with the cistern. Very pleased and saved me the trouble of hiring a plumber.

I recently bought two sets of Glastonbury pillar taps which look to be good quality and hopefully will be longer lasting in their finish than those they are to replace. They have not yet been fitted, but on the basis of other reviews, I trust that there will be no issues.
