I gave a low score as advised delivery was 3-5 days appreciate it was direct from supplier. Item that was ordered was need for a job which I had booked in urgently for and had to wait nearly 3 weeks. Chased many times for customer service to no avail. They did reply by email eventually to say it was out of their hands. I can understand it is out of their hands regards to coming from the supplier but some update would have surficed.

The item was faulty, when I reported to the customer service, they asked me to contact manufacturer and claim warranty instead of offering a replacement or refund. I had to complaint and point to legal responsibility of the seller, before they agreed to refund.

The product was a lot cheaper than on other sites and arrived within the expected time frame. When I sent an email I received a response quickly.

So far pretty poor; I placed my order, received the email stating it’s been dispatched. Then received an email saying it’s out of stock (hold on, you’d previously told me it’s been dispatched…???) I’ve not heard anything since, nor can I speak to anyone to find out an update dispute calling several times today.
