I have bought from here when I was living in Australia. I had a problem with one of my downloads in that I couldn't find it on my computer. The chap I spoke to was very kind and helped me find it, it was on my other computer. Boy did I feel silly but the gentleman was lovely.
I am back in the UK now and I can get my yarn faster. I was told to expect delays in delivery due to the strikes but I got the package the next day which was great as I could start knitting straight away.

As of yet I haven’t received my order, nor a confirmation it has been shipped. So, I find it rather difficult to rate the cones. I’d love to amend this rating and review upon arrival of my parcel.

Sorry to hear that you have not received your order placed on 17-01-23.
As of 13-01-23 there has been a cyber-attack upon Royal Mail targeting the ability to send international items traveling from the UK.
Due to this we have been unable to dispatch any non-UK orders. This has been addressed on our website and social media.
Thankfully we now have permission to post international parcels as of 31-01-23. Your order has since been posted on 31-01-23 with the tracking number LE236592212GB. Please use this to stay notified about your parcel.
Please be aware that delivery could take longer due to the volume of parcels which have been held back at the Royal Mail warehouses.

I have not heard yet if my cardigan has been shipped. I have read that Royal mail has begun to ship to the US again. I would like to know at least if my order has left the building!

Thank you for your feedback, i have sent you an email. As of today 27th January we are still not allowed to post using the Tracked delivery service that we use, we have had a banner on the homepage explaining we cannot post international orders since this happened on the 13th of January and posted about it on all our social media on the 16th and 23rd of January. We are sorry we havent been able to dispatch yours and many others orders due to this unprecedented situation.

Bought two contrasting shades to knit a jumper from this years Shetland Wool Week Annual. A challenging pattern - far more complex than I have done before, but the quality of the wool made the task much easier. I think this is because its a stable, non stretchy wool with a slight wireness to it, so when holding more than one strand against your forefingers, it doesn't slip and make your stitches too loose. What could have been an abandoned project has in fact been fun to make.
