The quality of Jamieson and Smith wool is absolutely outstanding. I ordered this shipment on the 16th of December, hoping to get it sometime mid-January due to the holiday season and to my surprise, it arrived on Christmas Eve! I’m in the US and normal shipping is 13-15 days.

Thank you for the feedback, we offer set delivery pricing which does mean for smaller items like patterns it is more expensive but overall its better value for the majority of orders.

I have been buying wool from J & S Mail order for over 40 years. I have never had an incorrect order and delivery is very quick. The yarn is of 1st class quality, there are so many colours to choose from. If you are visiting Shetland do call in the store the staff are so helpful.
