Order came without one of the parts. (Vaillant 45deg elbows)
Apparently this was a packing error, but then they didn't have the item in stock and would not be able to ship for 3 weeks.
As this was an essential part of the fitting of a new boiler, the Gas fitter couldn't finish the job and this has cost me for him to come back after I sourced the part from another supplier.
Not very happy.

Plumb2U advertised on their website that if the item was ordered before 3pm, it would be delivered next day. The unvented cylinder was not in stock (contrary to the website), so the website advertised 3-5 working days delivery, as it was coming direct from the manufacturer. Delivery was actually 8 working days. I had to re-arrange the plumber twice due to the delivery lies from this company and the mis-leading website.

Do not believe the delivery times if you have a deadline.

Chased it and they said lost in the post. Would send a replacement.
Chased that and they said out of stock. Turns out they never had it and I never got it.
Had to pay through the nose to get some at short notice for the Job.
Would not compensate me.
Wouldn't have been so bad if they had kept me properly informed so I could have bought elsewhere in time.
Wouldn't rely on them, as they dropped me right in it despite ordering in plenty of time.

Order out of stock when required i was informed when new stock arrived delivered next day well done.

Good service. Arrived on time. Replaced a previous model which was 13 years old and all works well.

I don’t know if it works yet but it was well packaged and arrived on time. Also about the only place I could get hold of this item at such short notice. Local builders merchants and plumbers merchants don’t have it in stock.

Been waiting a week for a reply to let me know where the rest of the order has gone? Not received pack A or B and had to purchase from another supplier to get the job done. Very unhappy so far..waiting!!!
