Great piece of kit, easy to fit and programme. Enabling load compensation to allow the boiler to work more efficiently.

Everything went according to plan, brilliant. I ordered on Thursday and received the goods on Friday. It was delivered via DPD who kept me well informed via their app.

The goods arrived well packaged and in good condition, no fuss no drama. I haven't installed the heater yet, but it looks simple enough for anyone who has ever installed a sink and soldered some joints, and these days even those skills might be overkill. I would advise checking your water pressure beforehand.

Having updated our heating controls a year ago wanted to add two more electronic trvs to complete the system. Plumb 2u had exactly the valves needed. once ordered Plumb 2u had them dispatched promptly. Unfortunately there was a lack of information from the carrier. Parcel arrived and valves installed. Very pleased with Plumb 2u and the Honeywell valves.

Haven’t been delivered yet missed them on delivery day, supposedly coming back pm. Fri.???

Wrong item sent cost us dearly in Plumbers time and now 2 weeks in getting rebooked in.

Very quick and efficient service. My only criticism is that I didn't receive a despatch notification, although a web query I sent was answered promptly confirming the item had been despatched.

Arrived next day as promised and on time so very happy. Small point - one container of descaler was not fully secured so small amount leaked and soaked into box of macerator, but not a huge issue and would order from Plumb2u again without hesitation.

THe Goods so far are good, I tested 2 out of three. The delivery and customer service of both the company Plumb2u and the courier EVRI are diabolical and really non existente . Desoite promise to deliver on Wednesday I( I booked plumber, car and tenant) and goods arrived on Thursday late afternoon. Could do nothing, serious damages, not a word of apologies from both. Left messages begged to contact me: Zero, a desert. Avoid in my opinion unless do not mind this aspect of the service.
