The item was faulty, when I reported to the customer service, they asked me to contact manufacturer and claim warranty instead of offering a replacement or refund. I had to complaint and point to legal responsibility of the seller, before they agreed to refund.

The product was a lot cheaper than on other sites and arrived within the expected time frame. When I sent an email I received a response quickly.

So far pretty poor; I placed my order, received the email stating it’s been dispatched. Then received an email saying it’s out of stock (hold on, you’d previously told me it’s been dispatched…???) I’ve not heard anything since, nor can I speak to anyone to find out an update dispute calling several times today.

Exactly what I ordered
Prompt and reliable service.

Ordered a water softener, a faulty unit turned up, missing parts, damaged, not in original box and witha returns note from the previous customer. Took nearly 3 weeks to get a refund.

You sent an open box! It took you longer to agree to exchange it than it does to manufacture a shower. I sent it back to you and then had to chase my nearly £300 refund. Pretty shite service!
