Good shipping progress, no trouble at all.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE.

Original item was shipped very quickly but was damaged in 3 places (in manufacturing).
Plumb2U were quick to respond but the replacement took a long time to arrive and I had to chase it.
I requested collection of the damaged item at the same time as the replacement was delivered but the courier wouldn't take it so I had to request the collection again.

Amazing service from this company Plumb2u explained everything in detail and delivery was literally within 48hours.
Gledhill product was very good and a good price, some other companies were charging 50% more !!
Gledhill have a good technical team that you can contact if your not to sure what your buying.

I have ordered the item as click and collect. The contact numbers were dialed numerous of times and unfortunately, no one answers the phone. I had driven to the collection point and have been told that the product was not ready for collection as they only act as a collection point and do not have any information as to when the product will be delivered.I had paid £60 more for the same boiler pack as Plumb2U had this as click and collect.

The order for a Salus IT500 internet thermostat was processed and dispatched very quickly. Upon arrival the receiver was found to be faulty, but Plumb2U provided a returns label and dispatched a replacement it as soon as they were sent proof of posting.
Their service is excellent, just a pity the Salus receiver was faulty.

This order was cancelled as despite being advertised it was out of stock and discontinued.

Not fitted yet.

The toilet seat arrived with damage to one of the hinge plates. The original cardboard packaging was only single thickness and was shipped in a plastic bag, neither adequate to protect an item of over 3kg.
I contacted customer services and they arranged for a replacement part to be supplied directly to me. The part arrived within the 2-3 working days as they said. I would use them again but suggest they make sure they improve the packaging of goods they deliver.

Fast service. got it next day..item was delivered straight to my door in good condition. does not come with wire and plug and it was confusing how to open it and rewire it. no wee red line came on so wasent sure if it was working but it was working fine so l am told.
