The actual product is great. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged with one of the bottom corners broken, a crack along the bend on one end and a large scratch along the back. Fortunately, the boxing needs to be cut down to fit so the unit is still useable. Would strongly recommend Encasement use a better courier.

I am sorry that the items arrived damaged. If you call us we are more than happy to replace them for you. Unfortunately from time to time the couriers do damaged some goods but we will always replace them

Package was damaged by the couriers. Contacted customer service and they responded within minutes offering a replacement.

My order arrived but unfortunately was cracked at both ends.I phoned the company and was answered by a very polite man I suggested that the product needed bubble wrap around the radius part to prevent damage.The replacement arrived within two days covered in bubble wrap and undamaged I am very impressed with the way encasement ltd treat their customers and I would certainly shop with them again.

Very well made and good finish to the product. Did the job excellently and looked very neat.
Customer service is very very good in my experience. First one arrived by Courier broken in the middle ( something a bit larger had been placed on it half way up). I advised straight away by email and I had the replacement by next morning! Brilliant service.
