Prompt friendly service. Orignially the wrong pattern was sent, but was corrected by return of post! Mistakes happen, and I would not downgrade the rating as the resolution was quick and efficient. The pattern looks lovely and I cant wait to get started on it. Would use this company again.

Gorgeous wool. I knit nearly all of my jumpers in J&S jumper weight wool. It’s lasts for years and is so cozy.

My order arrived really quickly, I think I placed the order on Thursday afternoon and the parcel then arrived Monday morning. I was very impressed as I know there is a backlog and a bit of a hold up at some points in the shipping chain so top points all round.

The quality of this wool is exceptional, I am experimenting with Fairisle patterns at the moment , and the range and depth of colours available is intoxicating.
The wool arrives fairly quickly given the strikes at the moment and it is a joy to receive.

I have used Jamieson and Smith previously.
As always, their delivery times are amazing, considering they are not on the UK mainland.
The quality and beautiful colours of their wool cannot be found elsewhere.
I did not need to contact customer services this time, but in the past they have always been exemplary!

Jan 11, 2023 - the package finally arrived! Not J&S’s fault. All the delay was down to the Royal Mail strike days & maybe slowness of CBSA this side of the pond. All items are great. I just need to break in the knitting belt. 😊

The high quality of the yarn was as expected. I appreciated that the pattern was separately held in a cardboard envelope to ensure a pristine condition. My only critique was that I was not expecting delivery to take so long. I did not get a 'Thanks for your order' e-mail and only found out that they were shut until 5th January by accident. In some ways it was nice to know that they were taking a proper holiday, but some people may expect the same service all year round.

Thank you for your feedback, all orders receive an order confirmation automatically by email and when the order is dispatched. if you didn't receive one it might be in your junk mail folder. Your order was placed on Boxing Day and dispatched the first day we were back.
We had a banner at the top on the homepage of our website stating our Christmas Closure dates from the middle of December and posted about our closure dates on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages on the 22nd of December as well as our Newsletter which also went out on 22nd December. I'm not sure what else we could have done to make you aware.
