Still not got the part, shower not working crap customer service total waste of space.
Will not be using them again, wish I’d paid with a credit card so that I could stop the payment and buy the part from a reputable company !!

The first item arrived damaged but was quickly and efficiently replaced.

Be warned.

I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days. Plumb2u said there was a problem at the DPD's "sortation facility". (DPD use the more mundane term "depot"!)
Plumb2u refunded the postage but that didn't do anything to calm my irate customer whose bathroom basin was out of action for 3 days.

Item never turned up and can’t get hold of anyone in customer services by phone message or email so now trying to get a refund from PayPal. Will never use again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Plumb 2U.
The item ordered is of good quality, the communication has exceeded expectation and the support provided when I erred in ordering has been gratefully received.

When I received this product is was obvious the box had been opened and resealed with sellotape. When the installer opened the box, we discovered that the bag of parts had been opened and a plastic tie was missing. The feet were on the macerator so this was clearly a return that had been sent me. As the price was competitive I'm prepared to accept a returned product, however being sent a product with pieces missing is not acceptable.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive on time. Order subsequently cancelled as new stock woukd not arrive for a week which was not suitable. I paid for ndd for a reason. refund processedpo.
