Excellent service I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived considering that I live in the Republic of Ireland. I have not knit the mittens yet but the yarn is gorgeous and the pattern is very clear.

I ordered the yarn late on Thursday evening (16th March), notified Friday morning it was dispatched and it arrived on the Tuesday (21st March). Absolutely amazing - Shetland to Somerset! As I am knitting to a commission deadline this rapid service is very much appreciated.

Shipping was only rated 3 but it had nothing to do with you.
You completed the Oder in excellent time, less than 24 hrs. Great service.
However it sat for over 3 weeks in Langleye waiting to be shipped internationally.
I only mention this to let you know, not as a complaint. I’m grateful you still ship to Australia, and I’m willing to wait. Having the tracking details was comforting to know it was on its way.
