Plumb2u lived up to their very bad reviews. Thermostat was sold to me as new but was in fact a return. I did not realise it was a return until after I installed it and found that the smart thermostat had already been registered to another account so could only be used manually. I contacted Salus and it took them 3 weeks to reset the account.
Plumb2u are obviously totally untrustworthy, it could have been a lot worse and I strongly recommend to avoid purchasing anything from them.

The product I ordered is fine, but it is marked down as they sent me the wrong product (a TH131 instead of a TH232). When I contacted customer service I was told to send the item back, pay and then claim postage, and upon receipt they would send me the correct item. To be fair they then came up with a satisfactory alternative.

This was excellent customer service but I don't know why it wasn't offered to me in the first instance.

Very confusing because same item being sold on Amazon, Plumb2U and Ebay at different prices. Opted to pick up item in a Fulham plumbing shop. The shop chased the order and I got it in a couple weeks.

Happy with the products but unhappy with the packaging! The items arrived in a plastic courier bag which had a large hole in it! Why would you package a Map gas cylinder without some sort of protective packaging? Brazing torches are also prone to cracks if dropped or mishandled.

Did exactly what I asked which was to deliver my new shower next day
Good service is hard to come by these days with everyone blaming staffing shortages and supply chain issues
Gladly this was not the case with this firm.

I gave a low score as advised delivery was 3-5 days appreciate it was direct from supplier. Item that was ordered was need for a job which I had booked in urgently for and had to wait nearly 3 weeks. Chased many times for customer service to no avail. They did reply by email eventually to say it was out of their hands. I can understand it is out of their hands regards to coming from the supplier but some update would have surficed.

Shipping was good and fast.
The item was faulty, when I reported to the customer service, they asked me to contact manufacturer and claim warranty instead of offering a replacement or refund. I had to complaint and point to legal responsibility of the seller, before they agreed to refund.
