Dreadful service …ordered product online , payment was taken and email received to confirm order. Following day another email received to say “product was no longer in stock “…called company to discuss refund of paid monies, no problem…whilst on the call I was able to go to their website and purchase the same product ( which is out of stock )…sloppy service by today’s standards, consequently I wouldn’t use again sorry….ended up buying same product from Ama and was delivered next day !

Ordered 2 seats, money was debited and delivery date advised.
The day before delivery email received saying they were out of stock.
I called the company only to be told they had run out due to high demand which is nonsense..they obviously didn't have them in stock when I ordered them.
I then had to wait for a refund.
Total waste of time.

ORDERED PUMP AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED NEXT DAY, THEY THEN TOOK TO PAYMENT
NEXT DAY THEY SAID THE SHIPMENT WAS LOST( HOW COULD THEY BECAUSE I KNOW IT WAS NEVER COLLECTED BY THE CARRIER)
TWO WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED ANOTHER PUMP
WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Excellent service from Plumb2U just let down by next day delivery that didn't happen but plumb2u fully refunded the cost of the delivery charge fee I had paid. Would not hesitate to buy from plumb2u again

Ordered about a week before Christmas and it was delivered within 2 days. I paid the extra for the courier option due to Royal Mail strikes and the service from both the courier and Plumb2U was excellent. Definitely recommend them.

Timer was dispatched almost before I'd left the computer, excellent. I chose free postage, a mistake just before Christmas especially as postal workers chose to disrupt service with industrial action. This meant a delay to the timer being fitted until the New Year, meaning having to manually operate the combi boiler for a month! This in no way criticizes PLUMB2U They were very efficient and helpful tracking the package to my address safely and secure, full marks for service, happy with result.

Please with Service on receiving my order - however when wanting to return as I had been given the incorrect link so ordered the wrong pump and they wouldn't change it so having to independently sell the pump ordered and buy a pump from someone else.
