I can't imagine being unhappy with a Jamieson and Smith order. All three of the orders I've placed to date have been excellent - let's be honest, there are few things more fun than opening a parcel filled with wools in gorgeous colours.

I have ordered wool several times from Jamieson and Smith and I am always delighted with my yarn when it arrives. I am impressed with how quickly it arrives from Shetland to Los Angeles. The tracker lets me know when to expect it, and I am literally like a kid waiting for Santa Claus, peeking out the window and checking the porch until the mailman arrives. Received my order quickly, i had expected it to take longer from Shetland. I am delighted with the wool cast on within 10 minutes of arrival 🤗. Slight sheep smell which adds to authenticity. I have used 2 ply jumper weight before and it is fantastic for colourwork.

Very speedy delivery! I’ve used the cobweb yarn for lace shawls many times. It’s beautifully fine, yet strong. There’s nothing to compare with it for creating delicate, gauzy lace that can withstand the frequent laundering babies necessitate, yet still have an “heirloom” quality.
