The contact was very rapid and I got a good council für choice.The yarn arrived somme later than I expected. I was disappointed by the custom fees. I already paid when buying and I paid again when I got the yarn by the post. The customer fees are the double of the amount os the yarn I commanded.

I was very happy with the shipment of both the cones. The wool is great and I will rinse the oil out to prepare the wool for knitting.
Shipment to Germany and customs clearance was without any problems.

Thank you for your feedback, i have replied to your feedback on the kit, although you feel the colours are not accurate they are as we are told by the pattern and the pattern has been made from those exact shades. I was very impressed by the speed with which Jamieson & Smith fulfilled my order. Yes, the international shipping charge is a bit pricey, but it included shipment tracking which is a great benefit.

This is the second hat kit I have ordered from J&S. I am impressed with the speed of delivery. I ordered late Friday night and received on the Thursday, even though this included a weekend and BH Monday.
I like the yarn to knit with and the colours are good.
The kits arrive neatly packed in a resealable plastic bag. Since I will use and reuse it that is not a problem. Also plastic bags keep out those pesky moths.

As a customer from far away Germany buying via the webside is as easy as with a company based in my homecountry. And the delivery is astonishingly fast, the last ordern only took ten day. The goods are well packed for the long trip south-east. Whenever I need something my local shop can not offer i will again buy online.

I’m in the US, and the delivery was faster than expected. Everything arrived in excellent shape (the cardboard sheath for the patterns and the plastic packaging kept everything dry and undamaged).
I bought several hat kits and I was happy that the yarn was packed kit by kit.
