I'm thrilled with my wool, thank, I'm loving the quality. I purchased while on holiday in Scotland (from New Zealand). I was very impressed with how quickly it was dispatched and delivered.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. From the order confirmation to delivery from Scotland to USA, all was smooth sailing—and the yarn is just lovely!

The book is wonderful, a valuable testimony from the past, it is simple and inspiring.
The publication is very well edited, the representations are printed in ideal dimensions for understanding the patterns. Very well done.
The only downside was the extra export taxes, almost equal in value to the book itself. This is not up to you, of course.

I am very pleased to be able to get my order so quickly. I received it in eleven days and it was delivered in very good condition after traveling thousands of miles.

I was able to save items in the cart. I was going away and didn’t want them coming while I was away. Once ordered they arrived very quickly.

I ordered a set of long, 2 mm (or the old 14 gauge as I think of it) needles and nearly two dozen balls of various colours of wools. Jamieson & Smith dispatched my order with alacrity but things do take a long time to get to Australia. That's not J & S's fault. I'm very happy with my order. I love all the different colours (I've got a variety of small projects planned) and I've started work on a Buggiflooer beanie - a happy harbinger of Shetland Wool Week.

I ordered several shades of the most beautiful Shetland tops including this light grey. All are of lovely softness and best quality of Shetland wool I have ever spun. Delivery was so fast considering the distance from Shetland.

The sample pack is the perfect introduction to trying Shetland tops and the full range of naturally coloured fibre. It's beautifully soft, the colours are harmonious, and great for colourwork or stripes. I'm really delighted with my purchase and the excellent customer service.

I love this company. The yarn I bought is absolutely marvelous. The kits I bought are so beautiful and I love it that they're printed on card stock and written so clearly, and the yarns included are such a blessing.
