Won't be using this company again.. so far over a week for something that was supposed to be next day. All my emails have been ignored and when they eventually answered phone they were no help at all.

I was extremely satisfied with the price. Great customer Service and well organised delivery.

Two items on Thursday evening 27th of October. The promised delivery was Monday 31 of October, there was no choice of options on the site re different delivery charges. Still no items delivered on Friday contacted customer. I got a sorry for that but the option you chose it should be delivered on Wednesday and we will look into it. In asked what date is the courier advising.? They advised they cannot give a date, all couriers offer tracking. Still not delivered Saturday. Order No: 41203771.

Tried calling your customer service either no answer and we left a message Thursday and had no call back.

Couldn’t have used a better firm for customer service and delivery. Even the plumber that fitted was surprised at the quick delivery.

You never answer your phone …. Dreadful service.

I didn't leave any stars for Customer Service due to not having to deal with anybody as l got what l ordered in a couple of days for a really great price.

I will definitely be coming back here to buy more equipment when l need it.

Easy to order and arrived within the 3/5 working days. Haven't fitted it yet but trust all will be well.

Still hasn’t arrived, literally don’t need it anymore as it never turned up when expected.

I left numerous messages but not 1 call back to update me on the late delivery.
I only got an update from the Manufacturer Joule after I contacted them directly, who to be fair where pretty good.

When ordering on a Friday delivery stated due following Monday, arrived Wednesday afternoon. Needed it Monday for a tenant.

Ordered a water softener online, account and delivery date confirmed for order and card charged. Plumber booked in to install and then advised there was none in stock, even though we had been given a delivery date and would be at least 10 days before they had more. Monies returned but not a company I would use again.

The power shower was despatched to me very quickly, which was for my daughter. I thought I was getting.a 1500 but I actually received a1000 model. It’s all up and working for her, but although pipes were in the same position, power cable and fixing holes were not. Still, she’s happy enough which is a bonus. Should have returned it for the correct type but she wanted it done quickly.

Self pick up. There is notice when item is available for pick up. Pickup location has parking. Product is the cheapest we can find.
