Very pleased with the service we received from plumb 2U our item came very promptly as we paid for next day delivery.

Timer was dispatched almost before I'd left the computer, excellent. I chose free postage, a mistake just before Christmas especially as postal workers chose to disrupt service with industrial action. This meant a delay to the timer being fitted until the New Year, meaning having to manually operate the combi boiler for a month! This in no way criticizes PLUMB2U They were very efficient and helpful tracking the package to my address safely and secure, full marks for service, happy with result.

I ordered just before Christmas and paid express delivery which was late, well it was just before Christmas but I paid express delivery. Apart from that all good from Plumb2U.

SOLVED A BIG PROBLEM WITH A SLOW FLOWING KITCHEN HOT TAP,AND SO EASY TO FIT IT TOOK LONGER TO EMPTY THE CUPBAORD THAN TO FIT THE PUMP.

Please with Service on receiving my order - however when wanting to return as I had been given the incorrect link so ordered the wrong pump and they wouldn't change it so having to independently sell the pump ordered and buy a pump from someone else.

Having been fitting this shower valve for many years and ordering from Plumb2u in the past I had no problem to place another order. Package arrived on time as always so after a quick inspection decided to put this to 1 side until fitting. Day arrived to put this in place and upon opening the box, what greeted me can only be described as a car crash. Bits all over the place, screws and parts out of their boxes I was bitterly disappointed. Looked like it had been thrown off a cliff.

Seeing as you ask, not entirely happy with customer service. The smart thermostat was missing the internet gateway. I emailed customer support who told me the gateway was not supposed to be included with this unit and I should have ordered the iT500 instead. I had to argue, pointing out that the power supply and cable for the gateway were in the box and there was a space where the gateway should have been. They finally admitted that the customer was actually right and sent the missing item.
