My order came very quickly, and in perfect condition. I've used this supplier before, so I knew what to expect.

Pleasantly surprised how quickly my knitting kit arrived. Looking forward to getting started, the wool looks great and instructions seem really clear.

Perfect in all categories—shipping, merchandise and service. A wonderful product, and a great way to obtain it here in the U.S. There’s nothing quite like this woolly wool, and oh, the COLORS!

Considering we only get mail every two days if we are lucky this order came very quickly. I haven't had a reason to contact so cannot comment on customer service. I have never used Shetland wool before but have found it easy to work with but will have to follow the instructions to stop any itching or maybe line it.

I remember Jamieson & Smith fondly from my trip to Lerwick for Shetland Wool Week 2016. In my humble opinion, they are the best yarn manufacturer in the entire world! I *LOVE*J&S!

I was excited when J&S offered the collection of Wirsit Inspo's and am not disappointed by the book I received. It's beautifully done, offering loads of ideas for color combinations for color knitting.

The package arrived in may mailbox in the US just a little over a week from when I ordered it, so I'd rate the shipping as excellent.

Didn't need customer service this time, but it has always been exceptional in the past.

I was curious about the history of this wool company so ordered their book and shade cards. I will be visiting Lerwick next year in July and wanted to figure out colours I would like to use in a future project. My package arrived quickly and without incident. Can’t wait until my in person visit.

Can’t believe how fast the shipping was. It spent longer in Dutch customs than getting there from Shetland! Packed really well, no bend in the needles.

I have never knitted Fair Isle before. This project is to occupy my hands and head as I have become ill in the last year and spend alot of time in bed. So far I am still doing the patch. It is fiddly &slow but looks amazing and it is so motivating to see the pattern emerging. Very rewarding for the hard work. The you tube video clips have been so useful as I am a beginner & need all the tips I can get.
